Brad heads up strategy and execution for a variety of retail clients including Floor & Decor, Carhartt, Soccer.com, Havertys Furniture Stores, Balega Socks, Harbinger Strength Training Equipment, Soffe Athletic Clothing, and Salt Life Active Apparel.
Brad’s and his team are committed to customer acquisition and developed more efficient process and tools to make sure the funnel is filled continually replenished. According to Brad, “the best clients are the ones with the toughest challenges. We love it when our someone says, ‘we can’t find growth anymore and not sure it’s there’. We see it as an opportunity.”
Brad believes data and technology are just tools and uses them to gain insights to continually improve clients’ marketing performance. These insights, not the data, are the end game.
Brad has over 20 years of marketing and retail experience. These include client side and agency positions at companies like KnowledgeStorm, 360i, Limited Brands, Express Inc, Macys, Sports Authority and have worked on businesses ranging from JCPenney, Office Depot to UPS and Comcast/Xfinity. Brad is originally from the Chicago area, and is a University of Illinois grad.
